Onion BBQ Meatballs

"I fixed this recipe for my mom and her church group one time. They loved it so much that one of the ladies actually took home some of the meatballs and when she found out that some family members were home, she sat in her car and ate the rest of the meatballs before going in the house." - Chef Wallace

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 onion package
2 onions
pico de gallo
honey
barbecue sauce

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Roll each meatball individually.
